1. Why should I buy the products at your library?

2. What is your delivery method?

After your payment is received, there will be a link to download your purchased product in the Download section in your My Account page. At the same time, an email with the download link will also be sent to your registered email.

Since it is a digital copy, we suggest you download all the contents and save it to your hard drive.

In case of a broken link, please notify us so that we can fix it and give you a new link.

3. What are your payment methods?

4. What if the product I want is not available on your website?

If there are any courses you wish to purchase but are not available on our Marketplace, you can submit a Request. If there are other people who are also interested in your requested product, we will organize a Group Buy so that all of you can buy that product at a reasonable price.

We will contact you with more information about your request via your registered email.

5. How long will it take to get the download link after my payment?

For the Available or Free Download products, the download link will be sent immediately after your successful payment in the Download in your My Account page. You can also find the link in your registered email inbox.

For the Pre-order or GroupBuy products, you will receive the download link within the time on the product details page. We will notify you when the link is available.

6. What if the product I have downloaded has updated its contents?

We have reviewed our products before reselling. But if there is any update from the author, we will notify you with their updates.

7. Are there any promotion or discounts?

We will run several promotions during the year and it will be posted on our websites. If you wish to purchase the products with even lower prices than our price, please check our site regularly in order not to miss our available discounts.
